last 9th post

work: been wondering whether is it time to change the environment (work) sometimes at work, it's just plain boring because i don't really feel like doing routine work, but then again, i don't like planning alone all the time. i've been looking forward to 6.15pm from 10am since the past few months.. yes, i do have work to do, but honestly, is it time yet?

reasons to change:
1) $$ - need i say more?
2) routine job - these routine jobs kept being done / finished so quickly that i have to purposely go find other work to do... i wasn't lazy-ing around okay? i did my work and yet, i'm still a bit free..
3) is this the field i would want to be in? if it's not, how long more should i stay? >.<>

sigh... i have my freedom to think out loud right? my work place is fun honestly, just that, i'm thinking how long i should be there... wondering out loud... >.<
family: dad has been away since last wednesday... honestly, i miss having him around, the joy of nagging him and making sure he's okay is missing.. i still call him, but it's different from having him around.. really don't think travelling around for work is suitable for him now... really hope that he will stop worrying about things and just come home to be with us... trying to get him home before fathers' day... by the way, he's at seremban now and i can't ask him to get me siew pau's cause he won't be coming home straight from seremban... sigh...

relationship: hmmm, thinking back, can't really believe that i've been with matt for 5 years plus.. @_@! unbelievable leh! see how we communicate and interact and u lagi won't believe it! people usually say that we look like those 1-2 years couple... :p many things have changed since we both started... we've changed: as a couple, as individuals... really amazed at how far we have gone through together with the Lord... i doubt that it is ever possible for us to remain together if it wasn't the Lord who helped us to love each other through it all, to forgive and to accept.. to make that conscious choice to stick together though we seldom get to spend time together as a couple.. haha.. i'm looking forward to see how we would be in the next 20 years... :p

church: been thinking about present and future.. how much am i making a difference (honestly, not much especially for the future generation), about how much more will i be able to handle before someone rises up to take over... thinking aloud again: why do i see myself THAT important, as in, it feels as though things would fall apart if i am not in church for 1 week... am i not discipling right? am i not doing the right thing? if yes, how now? why does it feel that everytime i want to let go, things will start crumbling beneath me? what does this mean? how much longer am i able to hold onto? haha.. this might sound wrong: can i just let go and run? :p

Let ur good old friend in Aust say somethings=P....

Work: Definately change for a better income is normal lar. But with today's econ not so safe to change. I mean the chances of you getting hired is low ady. And then what other job do you hav in mind?? Do remember that people these days not only sees the experience but also the qualification you have.

Family: Cant say much but just pray for his safety and slvation. Besides mayb if u wan him to stay home...make something up so he has a reason to stay home. Of course reasons that he sees more important that his job....

Relationship: Congrats for 5 years!! hahahha=P

Church: If there is a chance people of stepping up just step down and let them lead. Do not worry that without you everything feels like it is gonna crumble. Besides once u step down doesnt mean u are completely out of the pic. You can be there to advise. Just that the direction and decision is led by the rest. My experience for when i left, i feel there is so much more i could do for the youth but then look how it turn out?? still good rite??

Actually in everything that is happening, just bring it to the Lord. Find delight in Him and all your worries shall be taken.

cheers=)

'old' friend,

haha...

work: it's funny that at this time (bad economy), we are still unable to hire people to work.. i don't know where all those people went to... we're kinda in need of manpower, but seriously, there ain't many ppl looking for jobs.. looking at all the job search engines, there are thousands of job opportunities out there, but nobody is actually applying.. i wonder why? yea, i do realise that not only experience counts, but honestly, working in a box is hard.. everything is too restricted here.. i understand the purpose of restriction, that's why i am wondering whether should i change the field of work.. since i am still (er-hem) young, this should be the time to change if i really want to, right?

family: i'm getting baptised this year.. PRAY HARD that they will be able to accept it lar har.. somehow, i feel that i should take the step, but of course i would want them to be there.. especially dad...

relationship: thanks.. doesn't feel like 5 years though.. >.<

church: i want to let them lead.. but they keep backing out everytime i let go.. they are not willing to fully commit.. moreover, i wasn't planning to wholly let go completely.. because i wasn't planning on retiring.. just that, if i want people to step up, i also need to step up right? i can't step up now because there isn't anyone who is willng to step up.. >.< i am so clueless now.. >.< i feel prideful and helpless at the same time.. i don't want that lar.. >.< i'm feeling all the negativity now.. and not many are helping.. >.<
救命ah!!!

yeah yeah old in some ways lar...no need to 'jat' me ler...besides taling about old...u r older than me..so i dun mind=P

Work: Well if wanna change make sure u confirm a job first before changing. that would be better lar...oh yeah and u see those job search engines they hav and still loads of jobs...coz mainly those comp are choosing the best, especially times like this, they cant afford to fully train A-Z a new fella who knows nothing like normally do.

Family: No worries, will pray for u and ur family. Just continue to keep them in prayer lar=)

Relationship: If it starts to feel like 5 years, then something is not rite somewhere....means getting bored with it dy....so is a good thing if it doesnt feel like 5 years=)

Church: oh...though wat i'm abt to say can seem mean or forceful...but sometimes u just need to kick their butt and hand them the duty and let it slowly sink in to them that they need to take the lead. Oh and when i say step down, is just step down from ur post and continue to step up in another area. Trust me it works...coz that is how i ended up in leadership position AGAIN here...hahahha
