time zooming by

it's april already!!!

oh me goodness! i'm already in Kinokuniya for 1 whole year!!! time time time... it is passing by so quickly...

sigh, anyway.... oh!

yesterday when i reached home around 9plus, i saw two abacus on my living room table and asked my dad what on earth did these two funny looking abacus doing there... read below:

me: ba.. why are these abacus on the table?
dad: to use lar. i need it in the office...
me: why wor? what happen to our calculators? aren't those working? no battery is it? *holdin up a calculator in one hand and an abacus on the other hand*
dad: no lar... abacus more cool looking... it is more suitable for my kind of job...
me: @_@! *sarcasm starting to kick in* oh! yea hor.. u wear those long skirt looking kind of clothes hor! u need to stand with ur legs wideeee open and bend a bit to count using those abacus...
dad: *laugh* u watch movies too often.. go up and sleep...
me: zzzzzzzzz

my dad can be super funny at times... my mom just laughed along... :p
